Runs small. Fabric is soft, dense, and thick. Almost compression like. I didn’t even bother to try it on it ran so small.

Order 1-2 sizes up — 1 size up will be fitted but you can get it over your head, and 2 sizes up will be slightly more relaxed. I LOVE this shirt. I was looking for a shirt that was fitted but not too fitted, soft and warm but not overly warm, could be layered under Cashmere and other fabrics, would look fine on it’s own if I had to strip off top layers, and would wick sweat and dry quickly. I cannot wear Merino wool next to my skin, and I have tried lots of synthetic layers (Cuddleduds, 32 Degreees, etc). The other brands hold stink and are not great at regulating my temperature at this stage in my life. These Beyond Yoga shirts are PERFECT and I’m buying more!
