Very comfortable and supportive. It is soft. Now I bought the medium size. I am usually a small size but due to pregnancy I went from a B size cup to a D-E and the medium size in this top was just right. So keep that in mind. It has a built in layer for your breast so you don’t need a bra.

There’s a reason this stuff is so expensive – its THE BEST. Really great support for low impact workouts. At 25 weeks pregnant, can definitely use for strength workouts without a bra. If I were to run I would need a bra, but really how fast can I run at 25 weeks

So none of my sports bras fit anymore, so I was skeptical here if this would work. Low and behold, this fits better than any new sports bras I bought from other places. Wore this yesterday to go on a long nature walk and take a megaformer class, and also wore this past week with a fun flowy tank top over it, and uses this top for the compression and bra part. So I sized down by one and took a chance on it fitting. This is the perfect top. I wanted a longer top and the shirted sides make it so comfortable and easy to move in. I just do not like tops that are short and ride up so this is perfect. I now have 5 colors and will keep buying more. Wish they made it in the bright blue and green that just came out! Hint hint I would give this a 10 star if I could.

I love this tank. It’s really soft and comfy and has a built in bra. I’m larger chested and normally wouldn’t wear a take with a. Built in bra on its own but I’m able to with this. It’s not super supportive but it’s perfect for being at home or running errands.
