At Comfy Wear Store, we want you to love your stylish and comfortable casualwear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Underwear & Intimates unless the item arrives defective or incorrect. All other clothing categories are eligible for returns.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Submit a Return Request within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request” and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- The reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return – Send the package to our return center at: Comfy Wear Store Returns

- Receive Your Refund or Exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days depending on your bank
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We cannot refund original customs duties or taxes
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item
- We’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund
