Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipping)
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days delivery after shipping)

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Comfy Wear Store purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Items

Most clothing items can be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Coats & Outerwear
  • Dresses
  • Hoodies & Sweatshirts
  • Jeans
  • Jumpsuits & Rompers

  • Shorts
  • Skirts
  • Sweaters

Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Underwear & Intimates unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Submit a Return Request within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with:
    • Subject line: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer refund or exchange
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Return – Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return – Send to:

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days (depending on your bank)
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item
  • We’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund

International Returns

For our international customers:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
